Software for spas and massage studios: rooms, health questionnaire, memberships

Updated Sep 16, 2026· 7 min read

A spa differs from a hair salon in that booking depends not just on the therapist but also on the room, capsule, or hammam — and on the client's health. MCC's ready-made service books by both therapist and resource at once, requires a health form before each session, and supports couples massage and course memberships — all under your brand, with no setup from scratch.

Booking by therapist and room resource

A massage can't happen without a free room, and a spa program can't run without a capsule or hammam. MCC reserves both the therapist and the required resource: if every room is booked at that time, the slot simply won't be offered. That eliminates the classic spa problem — booking three clients with only two rooms available.

A cleanup and setup buffer is built in after every session, so the next client walks into a ready room instead of waiting in the hallway.

Couples massage. The service correctly books two therapists and a separate room at the same time — a service that's hard to manage by hand in a notebook.

A health form — required before every session

Massage and body treatments have contraindications. In MCC, a health form is attached to the service (pregnancy, chronic conditions, injuries, allergies, preferred pressure), and until the client fills it out, the booking for that treatment isn't confirmed. The form is sent via a link and stored in the client's profile — protecting both the client and the salon.

Memberships, courses, and gift cards

Spas thrive on courses and repeat visits. MCC supports:

  • Session packages — say, a discounted course of 5 or 10 massages; the system tracks remaining sessions.
  • Monthly memberships (like a "spa club") with a recurring invoice.
  • Gift cards for a set amount — a popular spa gift that credits the client's account.

Plus automatic "time for your next session" reminders and win-back campaigns for clients who haven't visited in a while.

Fewer no-shows and a convenient client portal

Reminders with links to confirm, reschedule, or cancel cut down on empty slots, and expensive programs can require a deposit. Clients get a personal portal with their bookings and invoices, and the salon gets a ready-made website with online booking under its own brand.
